Nordic Walking
We begin with a muscle warm-up and stretching to prepare for the walk. Adopting Nordic walking techniques is recommended as it activates all muscles and helps with posture. The walk is very slow, covering about two kilometers in two hours.
Guided Meditation
Next, we move into a guided meditation session. The concept of mindfulness is derived from a meditation practice developed from the principles of Buddhism, Zen, and Yoga, designed to counteract negative thoughts as they arise.
