From victim to magician, recognizing that what I'm living is the result of my perspective, discover how you can close the eyes that look outward and open the ones that look within to transform the outside, becoming the magician who changes the outside starting from the inside.
Saturday, April 26th
7:00 - 8:30: Awakening of the Fire of the Dumo (Shamanic Yoga: positions, bija mantra, and pacification meditation).
Vegetal breakfast.
10:30 - 12:30: Soul Hunt (time journey and meditative writing).
13:00 - 14:30: Fare Anima Lunch (vegetarian lunch with rituals to empower ourselves with the food we eat, helping us achieve our goals).
17:00 - 19:00: “What’s outside is inside: nature as a reflection of our inner world”: immersion practice in nature as a reflection of the inner world.
