GENERAL CONDITIONS
The request for availability isn't binding and doesn't act as a contract neither for the client nor for Hotel Danila.
The booking request represents an order form and therefore binding for the client but not binding for Hotel Danila, on whose part remains free not to accept the booking.
The booking confirmation of Hotel Danila sent to the client is binding for both parties and establishes the drawing up of the booking contract with options.
If a deposit is requested, the client must send these within the indicated time period to the direction of Hotel Danila in order that the options are cleared and the booking is definitely confirmed.
At which point Hotel Danila promises to send the client a confirmation e-mail.
The total booking must be confirmed by fax or by e-mail accepting the cancellation conditions of the establishment concerned.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
CANCELLATION POLICY
Period from 02/04 to 21/06 and from 13/09 to 19/10: 50% of the deposit will be refunded for cancellation 7 days before the booked arrival date. No refund will be given if notice is received later than the forementioned terms.
Period from 22/06 to 14/09: 100% of the deposit will be refunded for cancellation 30 days before the booked arrival date, 50% from 29 days to 15 days before the booking arrival date. No refund will be given if notice is received later than the forementioned terms.
EARLY DEPARTURE
We reserve the right to invoice 30% of the total stay, in case of early departure.
Last minute offers and packages are bound to the days of stay and can not be changed with early departures.
For last minute offers and packages, therefore, in case of early departure due to force majeure the entire stay will be invoiced.

Advance payments can be made by credit transfer, in EURO, to the following bank account:

Please send payment notification by fax to the number: +39.0565.969865, or by e-mail to info@hoteldanila.it (the booking only becomes binding on Hotel Danila once the payment advice note has been received).
PLACE OF JURISDICTION (LAW COURTS)
For whatever controversy which might arise relating to interpretation, execution and/or to the finalisation of the booking contract to which the present conditions are applied, in which a part Hotel Danila, is legally responsible, will be exclusively the competence of the local law courts of Livorno.
